Whats up man youre definetely not cooked there are easy things you can implement;

• Diet and lifestyle - this comes first make sure you are eating a healthy diet limit seed oils and processed food ( i recommend aajonus vonderplanitz) aswell as showering and washing sheets often
• Topicals - I reccomend you to use tretanoin
• OTC - NEVER use OTC stuff its a scam and unhealthy
• Pills - Possibly try Accutane as a LAST RESORT its extremely toxic
