What can i do against this shit on my nose

At first it was a big pimpel now its red and big as fuck pls help..

This is how my nose is looking right now

I am using klidacin g gel and sudo cream idk if it helps

Whats up man, that looks like a cystic pimple that got inflamed, the redness and swelling means it's still active under the skin. Stop touching it and stop putting sudo cream on it that's doing nothing. Get hydrocolloid pimple patches and slap one on overnight to pull the gunk out. If it doesn't go down in a few days go to a derm and get a cortisone shot, they'll inject it and it'll flatten within 24 hours. The clindamycin gel is fine keep using that but it's not gonna fix a deep cyst on its own.
