I'm 169 cm tall. I went to see a great endocrinologist, who told me I'm nearing the end of puberty and the zones are likely closing (he was right), and there's no point in prescribing medication anymore; it could only make things worse. He also added that I could only gain 3-5 centimeters in height at most. What do I need to do to break through this ceiling? (Is the only option really to sleep 8+ hours, eat a high-protein diet, exercise, and not smoke or drink alcohol?)
