Im 105.6 (at the moment)
my lips are most definitely lacking
From what im doing at the moment (mostly soft maxing cope)
Thumb pulling, zygo pulling, bone smashing (small amount) mewing and ocular exercises
i work out currently doing full body 3 days a week 12 sets a session (do not fight me on this im right) and do 30 mins of cardio 5 days a week
Food wise im eating good NO processed sugars for the past 2 weeks so far and i eat my body weight in protein most days but make sure to get it in on the days i work out or atleast 6 days a week and i try not to consume much sodium again hard to avoid with my life
i use minoxidil on my eyebrows with a derma roller 1.5 mm before hand
Give me honest and rude if you have to ig advice on what else i can do expessially on my lower part of the face my eyes arent terrible
