What can I do to improve? I’d mainly like to improve my jawline and thankfully I’m getting a nose job in December. Any help is appreciated

unfortunately i can’t get on accutane until after my nose surgery, because it will mess up the healing process

I’m currently using metronidazole, adapalene and benzole peroxide topicals. I used tretinoin like forever but it never did anything for me. I’m definitely getting on accutane after my nose heals from my surgery in December

Yeah, I used it for months and months on end but it never really did anything for me, I switched to different topicals about a month ago. So I’ll see if they improve anything

Since you're already getting a nose job, there is a few things i could recommend. Darkenning your eyebrows a little bit, skinnmaxxing,eyelashmaxxing and getting a slight tan could work well for you.
