Like of course my nasal bridge is shit, I don't think that is improvable, right?

Then my nose is very wide again, going wider than the beginning of my eyes.

It's also pretty bulgy.

I know of measurements or other criteria but I haven't take any of myself. Also forgot some over time.

lip to nose is 1,15. Nose width is good width (aligns with the inner canthus, the width of your mouth is just too small. I have the same failo, you could get a commisuroplasty, but the results aren't convincing and most before and afters are from deformed people. Don't worry about things that can't really be fixed.

My philtrum is long and my chin is recessed so that one is okay while my overall looks are decreasing.

Ur philtrum does not look long, your chin just looks recessed, if you jaw isnt as projected it will make your nose in turn look worse because the recession is highlighting every other feature in a bad way.

My philtrum is long. Maybe not in that pic but overall it is.
My jaw, in fact my complete lower third, is the most recessed shit.

How much would it need to shrink, like can you tell me how much too wide my nose is?

Doesn't accutane have a lot of negative side effects, so it wouldn't be worth it?

Your nose is perfect width, your mouth is too narrow. Accutane dries out your skin and can give some joint pain.
