What can I do to improve my wretched eye area?

I have the option of getting surgery and am going to get a consult with a surgeon near me quite soon. But since the people in my area usually don't do anything for young men, I wanted to get an opinion from someone here. What do you think would make the biggest difference for me? Also my jaw is kind of too far forward in a way, is there a way to fix this? Also if you see anything else that I didn't consider that would be a simple fix I would greatly appreciate it.

That beard morph does look pretty good.

I think the biggest issue with your eyes is lack of under eye bone support. Orbital rim implants could help (?) You have pretty good eye brow color and thickness and despite no under eye support you do have good lateral projection of your cheekbones.

I can see what you're talking about with your lower jaw being forward grown. Your lower jaw actually seems to be in a great position ( maybe a tiny bit too far) would have to consult with a oral maxillofacial surgeon but it seems like the issue is more so your upper maxilla and midface is recessed.

How old are you? You look young. You could still be developing and this could fix itself without surgery.
