These are pretty high ROI from my expiernce

- Buy a wake up lamp which simulates the sunrise for your circadian rhythm.
- No screen time 1h-30min before bed (Almost impossible in my opinion)
- Don't eat anything 4 hours before ging to bed
- Don't ingest sugar or caffeine within the same 4 hour period, for caffeine even 5-7 hours before to be safe (Personally i can fall asleep easily on caffeine but it does lower our sleep quality)
- Sleep in a room with cool temprature
- Use mouth tape while sleeping
- Do yoga/meditation + streches before bed

Hope it helps

tryin magnesium today but i ldar and smoke all day
tbh just go to sleep early for a couple of days and your circadian rhythm will adjust slowly. stop smoking since it's free cancer. cheers

I use zopiclone, I not rarely take 1/4 sometimes 1/2 of a 7.5 mg pill, rarely I will use the full dose but that is probably when I am a bit hypomanic. My sleep is pretty fucked too though lol, when I was younger and more normal I was also night owl as fuck. I think some are just wired that way. You can try melatonin too that is pretty safe/low side-effect but for many it is still useless(can also be combined with sleep benzo/z-drug).

Oh yeah sleep antihistamines can also work, or combination of any of these. Go to a doctor if sleep really bothers you. Just having sleeping pills at hand makes it easier to fall alseep normally when you know you always have effective sleep aids at hand.

Edit: Also stuff like antihistamines, 5HT2C antagonists for sleep can be your more "regular" sleep aid and sleep benzo/z-drugs be what you take when that doesn't work either. Also correct way to use sleeping pills is taking them and still try to relax and go to sleep than like "waiting to become overwhelmingly tired" doing other things. They are supposed to help nudge you to sleep first and foremost rather than making you irresistibly tired(though this can happen too).
