What can I do to look less intimidating?

I always ask girls why they never ask for my socials themselves (they usually have a friend ask me for them) and it's always because they think im intimidating. Is this a good thing? or should I try to look less intimidating.

Quite simply if you’re good looking (not psl autism but irl appeal) and women are asking your friends for your socials then you probably look or act low trust (calm, quiet, resting bitch face, tall, big frame, deep voice etc). I have this and so I have to put in most of the work when it comes to friends and girls.

youre probably just subhuman and theyre giving you a soft way of saying you are ugly. They know men want to be intimidating so theyre stroking your ego with that but what they mean is you intimidate women because youre ugly and creepy

It’s good, combined with actual and perceived high iq you become a mogger to others but you need to do all the approaching.

If you're black your always gonna be intimidating even as a manlet. All you can do is remove the facial hair, smile morez etc. Women love being intimidated so don't worry

My name is mexicanpsl for a reason but I don't look too mexican. Olive skin, 5'11, shaved facial hair.

Being told you look intimidating is a good thing, it means at the very least you are masculine. You can’t be intimidating in appearance without also being masculine. Being intimidating is good because it allows you to more easily dominate other men in your environment and preemptively prevents other men’s attempts to dominate you. Which women notice. It also makes women less likely to attempt to dominate you. On a primitive level it is attractive, perhaps more so when a woman is ovulating and less so when she isn’t. You may have a polarizing face in that way. Now whether or not you both look intimidating and attractive is another story. It is ideal to be both intimidating and attractive. That is the highest value appearance to have from a biological standpoint. We have all seen men that look scary but ugly with bad ratios and poor health indicators and we have all see men that are very nice to look at but you feel you could bully them. I have a both intimidating and handsome face and women have told me many times that I look scary but they also tell me I am handsome. Men don’t fuck with me and women wanna fuck me.

It’s good to look intimidating, don’t try to reduce that, and you probably can’t because that mostly lies in facial bone structure, but do try and softmaxx whatever features you have. Straight white teeth, clear skin, good hair, dress well etc.

In this study it is shown that people subconsciously cede more resources to men with intimidating faces, except when they have high testosterone which then blunts that natural response to submit to a threatening face


The last thing you want to do is to try overly hard to come off as non threatening. Being non threatening isn’t good. So long as you have a social circle and friends around you or you are willing to engage with people who may be hesitant of you at first based on your appearance, then it will not matter how intimidating you are. You also won’t need to engage in incongruent behavior that lowers your value to appease their sensibilities. By acting normally and simply being willing to engage with people who see you as intimidating you retain the initial respect that nature bestowed upon you as a threat. Girls already find you attractive so you don’t need to work on making yourself seem less intimidating, you are intimidating enough to make women nervous about approaching you and that’s a good thing. If you find you don’t get enough women because women are too nervous to approach then rather than making it easier for them to approach you, start approaching more.
