My biggest fear is going bald or having thin hair and I want to know what I can take or eat to help promote hair growth and strength.

Solution
Nexom

Don't touch serum DHT levels with finasteride or anything like that. Your only options would be RU58841, Minoxidil.
Of course, reduce stress levels, good sleep hygiene and proper nutrition with nutrient dense foods as well.
Don't worry too much about the hair if it's not in a horrible state for now, mark as solution. :Comfy:

Do not shampoo or conditioner everyday, use better ingredients, and dont dry your hair aggresively. Pat it down and comb it out and shit.

Then style it how you want with products that are somewhat healthy but will provide volume to your hair.

Ok thank you, is there a specific brand you know of that uses good ingredients?

Well Based does for sure, but they can get expensive.

Honestly when I have been shampooing my hair from time to time. I use head and shoulder BARE, that's the one with like 20 ingredients total and it has zinc so it prevents dandruff in my VERY THICK HAIR. I do not put anything else on my hair in the shower other than that currently. Outside of the shower I use Based Leave in conditioner and then Old Spice pomade lol.

My hair is healthy but its also just so thick and has a lot of volume. I am sure I could be treating it better, but I am 19 and have shown no signs of hair damage or loss.

What is ur hairline like right now
Im noticing a little lack of hair in like the corners of my hairline but i didnt pay much attention to it before so im not sure if thats how it grows or if ive lost some

Is conditioner a bad idea?

Oral minoxodil, at 18 hop on finny dw about the fear mongering.

What’s finny?
Finnestaride or dutasteride (I'm 19 and on finnestaride, but dutasteride is the stronger version) It blocks dht systemically and prevents hairloss while oral minoxodil only promotes hairgrowth (doesnt stop hairloss like dht blockers do) which is why you usually need both. But i suggest waiting until 18 to block dht. Also take oral minoxodil, cause it's super toxic to animals if you have pets.
