I'm 17 yo and 5'6 unfortunately idk what to improve I am still very dissatisfied with my side profile.I don't know if I should start deblaoting cus I don't want to harm my puberty maybe y'all have some tips for softmaxxing (Also what is my full potential to reach?)

Lower your sodium intake and cardio that's all you need to do to debloat really. You don't look overweight subjectively.

I'm alr being rly strict with my diet and doing allot of sports but my side profile is still bloated af could it still be like baby fat or smth?

Bro, we are the same age and have similar side profiles, but you are really doing well. Good progress for you.
