I feel like this is a topic that isnt talked upon enough
So to fix narrow temples i guess orbital implants will help but what about bone cement?
Also what can be done to widen the forehead?

Nah you want to ideally be squere meaning your face has to be the same width everywhere and the width of your face must be equal to the lenght

Fillers to the temple area, or implants from eppley

Only thing for temples and forehead is implants.

Chewing works the temple muscle a little bit but probably not enough to enlarge them significantly

Currently fringemaxxing,it's aesthetic and legit, will use it before getting hairline lowering surgery or a forehead implant, don't know about the sides so i guess someone could help me in here
