Its impossible to be in a significant caloric deficit when your eating more than 0.8 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight because the good sources of protien come from animals that are high in calories, nutrients, and calorically dense. 0.6 grams per pound of bodyweight is all you need as a natural to lose body fat comfortably without losing muscle unless you drop down below 12%.
1200 cals of steak is 190g of protein, keep coping.

i do agree that calories to matter and that statement is retarded. but with regards to carbs, i also do believe they cause bloating.
That’s because you’re an idiot who doesn’t understand human physiology. Calories are heat energy and nothing more.

Heat energy has NO MASS. YOU CAN NOT CONSUME SOMETHING THAT HAS NO REST MASS BITCH.

If you get lean, you never have to worry about carbs bloating you in the first place. I average at least 210g carbs per day on a cut (this is a very low ball estimate. I don't weigh and track absolutely everything). And I do retain water. But I'm still managing to lose weight, I'm only 126.9 lbs (though turbo manlet. My doctor measured me at 167cm/5'6" but I may have been wearing sneakers). And my face looks very gaunt.

Thanks for the tip. It sounds legit. On my supermarket's website, this is the information info for
Boneless Chuck Tender Steak, Club Pack
Serving Size Per 4.0 oz (90 g)
100 cal
Fat 3.5 g
Carbohydrate 0 g
Protein 17 g (68% cal from protein)
$20.84(est.)ea
$24.23/ 1kg $10.99/ 1lb
Average weight is 0.86 KG

The downside is that steak is expensive in Canada. A 860g package of 4 chuck steaks is 162.44g protein for $20.84 CAD. That's only 7.8g protein per $CAD. Whey protein powder is a lot cheaper. If you want solid food for cutting, because powder isn't very satiating, even Greek Yogurt is a lot cheaper.

Water wet nigger
Came out to 1380 calories, which is quite accurate so why are you shitting on chatgpt ? Also most people don’t want to eat a steak that tastes bad so eating anything other than a ribeye is like waste of money when it comes to selecting steaks. You also only need 0.7 grams of protien per lb of bodyweight to gain, lose, or maintain bodyfat so why do you need 188g ? Unless ur roided ?
