Been just doing incline treadmill and boxing/kickboxing drills on a heavy bag, should i switch to a different cardio?
What will burn the most calories and isnt boring as fuck and i can do every day?
I find treadmill and walking and stairmaster boring as fuck, the heavy bag training is more enjoyable
