2. Why my nose looks very long in front but from the profile it's medium length
3. Why my lips are recessed(?) and are downwards

My midface(0.9-0.95) sucks as hell because my fucking nose and downwards lips

I thought at first my face is narrow but then measured fwhr and es ratio and they are 1.8 and 0.47 so not bad. Can weak maxilla make nose longer?
