Lad, If I may be honest with you, I couldn't see any assymetry, and I still can't see it (or it may be minimal) after pointing out your eye's.

Your main issue is not assymetry, it's your Philtrum and and Midface, Philtrum is solvable by DIY Botox If I am remembering correctly, relatively cheap aswell.

Slight scolioses does that too i never thought i had it either when i went to a doctor they told ms i have it but only slight not noticable

nono, if you atrophied the muscle above the lip (Orbicular Oris), it would curve your upper lip's a bit, which would decrease Philtrum Ratio, that's all youll need, itll be HIGH ROI for you lad.
