Example below. I am considering bimax surgery to get rid of recession and slight forward growth in maxilla but I'm still concerned about my jaw angle, it is too round and my hyoid bone is also too low, which completely destroys softmaxxing as an option to get a jawline. Which surgeries are a must in this case? I don't want fillers as they're degrade or migrate whatever, I want permanent solution.
