Mouth breathing
Malnutrition
Bad hormones
Nothing much you can do about it if you over 18 or something
There are no bad hormones, its just hormones not doing their job because of the lack of nutrition

They didn’t. They were always bad lmfaoooo
I’m referring to the increase in malocclusions and skeletal deformities within this and the past century. Something environmental must have influenced that.

Developed face/strong defined face = result of vitamin A, D, K2 (found in raw milk, eggyolks, raw meat, raw organs)

Developed face/strong defined face = result of testosterone = testosterone is 95% cholesterol = found in animal foods

Also, your body needs cholesterol to produce vitamin D

Think about why dutch people and danish people look like that. Their ancestors ate nothing but animals. Also genetics just carry information, so having good genetics is a result of having ancestors who ate proper nutrition. Genetics are the blueprint, nutrition is the building blocks.

Nigga obviously I know environment is important. It’s also clear that genetics are important as well and also causes boneless faces
