Yeah, it is not related to infraorbitals since the tendons are the ones wich make it look negative or positive, seen many people with positive chantal tilt yet in their scans they have reccesed infras.

Forgot to add,the illusion of the negative canthal tilt comes from negative hooding sometimes.

Imo slight nct can increase appeal in some cases.it makes them approachable
