So, I have had this problem ever since the day I realized my mouth always look lame in photos but in this recent photo I got taken shit looks like the fucking Nike logo wtf.

here is how my lips look like from that recent photo:

Note that this is particularly the worst photo among all but it’s really pronounced in this one as to how my the left-side of my lip (right in photo) is curled upwards and more inwards.

Front pose with back camera (no selfie) also makes it quite obvious:

And I know this is not because of me seeing myself from the cam and not the mirror, because when I look at my face from top, I see the left side curling in too.

I remember some guy writing that this happens due to some milk teeth not having root for perma, and it was an Eureka moment for me because I fucking have 2 of that on my left side and one on right.

Is this the reason for this asymmetry? How do I fix or at least minimize this?

It is. In fact my entire chin is shorter on the left side, and seems like my lip is simply following that:

I'm guessing you have a wonky face yet never even noticed. Brutal.

Do you have adult plagiocephaly ?

I have the same shit and a crooked bite.

I don’t know if I fully answer the question because I just looked at the term, but the back of my head is not flat, nor diagonally asymmetric.

I always noticed my smile was looking weird, even when I was (at least) 15 years old. No one ever mentioned this to me either.

I always thought it’s because the mirror vs actual difference. Only recently I actually checked my lips from above and noticed one lip is indeed behind the other.

I suspect this is because of the milk teeth not having roots issue that I mentioned in my original post.

Is there any way to fix this? Should I go to an orthodontist?

Can you elaborate? I couldn’t visualize talking straight vs out of the side of the mouth.

Post head-on face pics. Resting face + shit-eating grin.

Facial exercises may help.

First of all you have BDD. Theres absolutely nothing wrong there, its so minimal that u dont have idea. Second of all this type of assymetry is caused by pelvic tilt (But in ur case its nothing, maybe a very little pelvic tilt).

u should go to a psychiatrist. Its not ur lips that are tilted, probab is your whole lower third. Thats why it doesnt make sense to post just the lips. That is a postural problem.

My entire lower third is tilted indeed.

Check this, right side (in the pic) of my chin is literally above the left wtf.

You are conflicting. You say there is a postural problem and the entire lower third is tilted, which I agree. But then you say go to psych. Which one?

The reference to nike is hilarious
