Is it from bruxism or short chin? Like one side of the lower lip is smaller than the other and sucked in

Her lower teeth are tilted inwards. And they are more tilted inwards on the left side. Its what causes this kind of look and it can be fixed orthodontically.

Teeth roots themselves is what causes the alveolar ridge remodelling anyways? Alveolar ridge is very malleable(within its limits ofc), so retroclined teeth causes this kind of look(and thus alveolar ridge indirectly)

I have something similar with upper lip
