NW0(or can at least hide it), styled medium to long flowing hair, earrings, a very cute/innocent smile like a women( in a good way), angelic beauty,obviously very symmetrical face, full lips with a aesthetic shape, high cheekbones, not necessarily almond eyes but eyes that are expressive and are very ethereal and mesmerizing to look at(probably the biggest appeal), long eyelashes, flawless skin, and a unmatched fashion sense. And there voices are usually kind and sweet sounding(thus why most of them are singers). The first impression Ultra groomed, aesthetically flawless, which would probably make people question there sexuality sometimes(not terrible necessarily) just most straight males don't usually look that pretty and take care of themselves that much.

They are dudes who got a different archetype than the traditional "handsome" person. It appeals to a different aesthetic, more like how a painting would be considered pretty.
A symmetrical face with feminine features on top of a atleast semi masculine skull. So like they obviously are a dude, but they have blue eyes and that look that comes from having symmetry in all your features. It's why some dudes can have none of the typical features we associate with being handsome (strong jaw , brow ridge, wide face, high forehead) and still be considered good looking.
