What could I do to thin out my nose or make it look straighter

Do you guys think that there is a way to make my nose thinner naturally that would work or do I need surgery. Also I’ve been hitting my nasion for inflammation and it helped a bit but it doesn’t do it. Any tips?

It sadly don’t work like that where I’m from man
