2 rhinos, probably ~10k, and it gave him like a .2 psl boost in looks at best. He was always good looking he just had to soft looksmax. Lower eyelid is basically not noticeable from that pic.

double jaw + chin wing + zso + beard transplant -> ascension (impossible is nothing)
