I eat carnivore diet with dairy i cant remove dairy i cant afford eating 100% meat maybe i should replace dairy with eggs?

Dairy is one of the biggest acne triggers. A full carnivore diet is one of the least inflammatory diets in the world (I don't do it though, I like both vegetables and meat).

High glycemic load diets (lots of bread, rice, pasta, sugar, starchy fast carbs) also lead to acne, prematurely aged skin, loss of collagen, redness:

Eggs aren't a known acne vulgaris trigger. They are also low glycemic load, low GI and are full of proteins and good fats.
The only downside is they have about 170mg of cholesterol per egg, but a couple eggs a day wont kill anyone.

Switching from white rice (GI of 90) to Durum Wheat Penne Pasta (GI of 42) helped clear my skin up a ton.

Also Weetabix (GI of 88) to organic oats (GI of 50) helped a bit too.

Low glycemic index diet is legit.
