If you sweat a lot tho you gotta raise the sodium cause if you sweat too much and don’t eat enough you’ll also bloat. Also avoid sugar alcohols; those Barebell protein bars made me bloated facially and I didn’t know and msg too is bad. Also yeast extract. Just some stuff you gotta look out for. When I go to restaurants I also ask for my burgers no salt and fries no salt and it’s always less than 400mg of sodium for the meal and taste virtually the same if u get cheese
No bro, the daily recommended is deadass 1500 mg. And when I go over the limit I just make sure I drink extra water and hit the sauna. Everyone I told him has made a major difference on my face. i dont watch either and i stay shredded w a dry, lean face because i watch my hormones and metabolics whilst having a large amount of muscle mass on my frameMfs will watch their calories but not their sodium is pretty crazy to me

Fair, I don’t go to the gym anymore so you can be more lenient with your sodium since you’re sweating a lot but the average person shouldn’t exceed 1500 unless tall or big asfi dont watch either and i stay lean w a lean face because i watch my hormones and metabolics whilst having a large amount of muscle mass on my frame

Look into what foods u respond to, milk i noticed when not raw a2 kinda bloats me and causes breakouts

Bro his advice is genuinely only partially true cause he works out so much he could eat 3000mg a day and nothing happens. Just do some research but keep in mind for someone who doesn’t go to the gym and moderately active you shouldn’t go above 2300 but is you stationary 1500. What I told you wasn’t wrong he just probably didn’t notice because he’s so activeso just watch for macros?
But also keep carbs under 150 if ur not active and 200 on days ur active carbs hold 3-4 grams of water per carb so u don’t need a lot to bloatCertain foods can cause ur capillaries to become more permeable and u store more water on ur face
Also one last thing I wanna say is I noticed a huge difference when I was the same weight and didn’t do all of this. Like you will look like you lost 7 pounds (is the translation I calculated) there’s more you can do too tho like lymphatic drainage and upping potassium cause I don’t eat as much as I shouldso just watch for macros?
