Just take accutane bro, it's life changing. My acne mostly annoys me and im also trying to fix it but is there anything for bones still?
My mom always tells me that itll go away when im older like 18 but you are right it would be easier without acne. My mom will take me to the dermatologist tho and my insurance will cover most of the products and other stuff i think (i live in finland). I hope the derm doesnt give complete cope products.Just take accutane bro, it's life changing.
Of course eating well, is a pre requisite for good development.
But having to watch every meal, and worry if it will break you out, is not a fun way to go about life. You should be able to eat the occassional snack or fast food meal.
As long as you don't abuse accutane, and stay away from alcohol, take berberine and milk thistle, possibly even glutathione. Your liver will be completely fine on accutane. It's worth it. Especially in your teens, it will make life a whole lot easier.
Thank you. Ive read that full fat milk does cause less acne and i should try because when i ate those extra protein dairy products my skin was so bad and when i stopped it got better. I havent consumed dairy products after that except small amounts like slice of cheese but i really would like to consume it for the calcium and everything. At 15, you should not follow restrictive diets.
The goal is to eat enough and support normal growth and development.
For bones: get enough calcium (milk, yogurt, cheese, fortified plant milks), vitamin D (sunlight, eggs, fish), and daily protein (eggs, meat, fish, legumes). Undereating can negatively affect bone density.
For acne: limit sugar and ultra-processed foods, don’t overdo skim milk if you notice it worsens acne, focus on fruits, vegetables, and whole foods, and drink enough water.
Sleep (8–9 hours), regular physical activity, and gentle skincare also make a big difference. Acne at this age is mostly hormonal and often temporary.
