What do I ask my orthodontist to make sure that braces dont fuck up my bones

Unless your doctor does something stupid, braces won't cause any changes in your jaw, especially forward growth. (Jaw positions can be adjusted with braces, but your jaw, which has grown beautifully forward because you've worn braces, won't grow backward.)

just make sure your ortho doesn't remove your premolars or you'll risk being recessed like me
