It's honestly too cooked to show. I had down grafting the second time bc the blue pilled fucked surgeon suggested it and it threw off my facial thirds and side profile projection. Im still pretty swollen so there is some hope but to me its apparent I am still sub 5.

If no money issue, i suggest finding surgeons with a good reputation hailing from a reputable hospital for the surgery's you want to get done. As to where to find them, I'm confuzzled.

It might be better for health but he wanted it for cosmetic reasons so jaw implants are better for that
asymmetric genio relapsed mandible on the right side and under advanced after the first surgery. He did a bone shaving to fix and it didn't work just made my chin narrower.... went through second full revision to fix everything and I'm still under advanced and facial thirds and cooked.

He has a good reputation I suspect a resident performed my first surgery without me knowing and then covered up the issues with a quick fix that didn't fix anything. The second surgery is structurally fine so far but aesthetically not good

Question everything the surgeon suggests, get multiple opinions and know what you want, sounds weird but don't trust what the surgeon thinks is best, preferably use custom plates/fixation so they cant deviate off the plan. Anything under 5mm/10mm maxilla/mandible is mostly likely under advanced. Try to go to a blackpilled surgeon if you can but there are very few of those if you're in the US like I am.
