What do I do for my sub 5 lower third?

It’s obviously my biggest flaw so I’ll do just about anything to fix it but surgery because I can’t afford it but recommendations would be nice for future also these are the assessments I’ve made out and I’m sure yall can clearly see as well

140 degree gonial angle

30 degree mandibular plane angle

severe chin retrusion

Cervicomental angle is very soft

Lower third is unevenly short


They are rough easements but definitely close
