under eye fat grafts would probably be your best option since your poor orbitals are undeniably your biggest failo. id avoid fillers in this area due to their greater susceptibility to migration.

You kinda did but like since im 16 I cant get that done. Is it just over for me until then? Cause idk what else to do to improve and i feel like im far from my peak
