Im going to be honest this is going to take a lot of work.

First, mentality: you need to reinvent the way you think and perceive yourself as well as others; if you have a pessimistic attitude it's going to keep you spiraling downward

Get a gym membership and take it very seriously. Even if you don't like doing it, if you want any possibility of ascending then you need to go, and you need to do a lot of cardio. To speed this up, you can pin reta (fat burner), selank/semax (neurological improvements), and potentially even take HGH

You need either accutane or a serious (iso)tretinoin skincare routine

I also suspect your balding and bad acne could be attributed to poor eating habits and overall lethargy as you mentioned, so I think you could overall benefit from more activity, sports, the gym, or any testosterone boosting activities like martial arts, boxing, etc

Nevertheless get on a whole food diet, cut out added sugars (only eat fruit for sugar) and no snacks or bullshit goyfeed

go work out, pick up a weight, run some miles, get in some exercise
