Go to the gym, eat healthy, socialize and let puberty do its job bro. You are well above average looking so just enjoy life.

getting leaner and getting better skin is basically one of the only things you can do naturally, you are still 15 so you most likely have decent facial gain left, if you are not pleased with the end result at like 19 you can consider surgery or filler

tren is one of the worst things lowkey you can do right now, test as well, they wont grow your bones and if you dont know what you are doing and getting blood work you can fuck yourself up hard.

yeah the first thing i was planning was to take accutane because the family doctor wont prescribe it to me but i dont know what type of side affects it can have especially if i dont have bloodwork done

accutane can cause some liver issues but its rare and its basically safe, for example i wanted to hop on at 16 but i decided against it and now i am hopping on test soon at 18 so if you really want to do it just wait till a bit later
