What do i get done trimax or genio for lower third height? Good answer = solution

lower third lacks height, when i smile i have 0 jawline and my face scrunched up like paper with my cheeks going up into my eyes i look subhuman - I think i might have mild case of sfs as my smile resembles the guy before he had trimax with ramieri:

my maxilla isn't recessed or flat i think but i think it might need downgraft since apparently my lip covers the top or my incisors which isn't good you should see my gums but not too gummy?

some people say i need trimax others say i dont; would appreciate your opinion so I can make a judgement of what to do next
