What do I improve?

Not sure what I can do to improve except hardmaxx, 5 9- lymph node draining soon and 13750 mg pottassium gluconate taken weekly started last week

Lip color, grow out hair also don’t overdo it with potassium cause it’s gonna increase sodium resistance and it will decrease test levels and more and in the long term you’ll store more fat in the face
