What do i need to improve, help please

Im 17 years old and i hate looking the way i look. What tier am i right now and whats my potential. But most importantly, how do I reach it?

Recessed mandible, narrow cheekbones, recessed maxilla, nose isnt straight but slightly crooked, hair is always cooked unless i style it for a full hour, red cheeks due to roscasea, skin aint clear, big eyes and no straight eyebrows, bad side profile, narrow gonials and bad gonial angle, too bloated, midface too long. Thats abt it but i dont know whats the biggest issue
