im 17 i smoke everyday, eat junk everyday, and i dont workout the only exercise i really get is jiu jitsu. im opposed to taking peptides or gear.

Training jaw muscles for a wider face, I recommend chewing normal gum both sides
yea my right side of my face is weaker i can feel it when chewing and clenching my teeth. what gum like mastic or something like that?
 
I mean the best is to chew gum with no ingredients or sugar at all to not get bloated, my friend gave me that once it tasted like shit lmao. But I just use normal gum u can find in the store.
