So both my chin and maxilla are pretty recessed + overbite + dark circles + 6 tooth smile (it's over). The past year or so I've even started to have some breathing issues because of this.
Got an orthodontist appointment coming up, is there anything I can tell her (yea it's a female doctor, is it worse and by how much?) to make her more inclined to give me MSE?

how old are you? I need to get an expander but im only 14 so im not sure if I would need MSE but ive heard people say that you should talk about nose breathing problems while sleeping or sleep apnea

I'm 19 jfl. Already have some breathing issues, idk about bringing up sleep apnea (which ultimately I don't think i have it) as it's a pretty serious condition. I also don't know whether to actively ask for MSE or just act clueless and only tell symptoms (like I'm not aware that MSE/expanders exist).

It's funny because MSE is incredibly rare in most countries
