What do I use or do to grow more as a 16 year old who's 5'5.5 inches

Honestly after a couple of months I grew 0.5 inches but deadass I need more inches and also what all things should I do naturally if my growth plates are more open at 16 and I live in the middle east so it'll take me sometime to find for sometropin or igf 1so give me the advices and tips. Also if I don't grow I'll proceed to get limb lengthening surgery atleast to be at 5'11 or more if its possible

Most of them were just scams on telegram so today or tomorrow I'll check the pharmacies nearby or I'll ask my cousin if I can get from the hospital she works in not sure about it but will try asking her also it's illegal here because peps are doping drugs idk about america but it's different here
