What do they put in pepsi to make you addicted to it?

There must be something in pepsi that makes you want more. When I drink it, I feel more alert and get a slight uplifting feeling, better mood and increased motivation. It can't be the caffeine because coffee, coke or energy drinks don't give me that same pleasurable feeling. It also isn't sugar, I only drink diet pepsi. Been drinking pepsi max almost every day for some time now. Tastes way better than coke too imo

Sugar and caffeine

Pepsi is dog shit.

Coke Zero.
Coke tastes like overcarbonated piss water with a hint of lemon compared to pepsi. Pepsi max and pepsi max cherry both mog coca-cola. Coke zero vanilla is fine too, albeit not as good as pepsi imo

how so? he's spoken on artificial sugar, he said there isn't much difference
By artificial sugar in this case it is about sugar substitutes, aka chemicals (sometimes naturally found in nature or artificial) that are sweet, sometimes even thousands of times more "sweet" then actual sugars. They have 0 calories

Some of them are very, very bad for human health. Sometimes it is comical to what lengths the dogma that Sucrose is bad goes. Just use natural Cane Sugar jfl

I agree that artificial sweeteners and soda in general isn't exactly healthy but it's a nice treat to have and practically doesn't add to my calorie intake or break my fasting window on OMAD. Curbs sugar cravings too, for those who have issues with that

That shit is bad for health
Why tf would you do OMAD
You know sumo wrestlers fast for a long time then eat one meal big meal a day, this makes them gain weight easily
Instead of eating throughout the day whenever you can.
If u have sugar craving just eat fruit or honey. There's nothing wrong with sugar, too much gay advice
Dis make work for u for now but You'll degenerate on it eventually

I do OMAD because it works well for me. I prefer eating a big meal over frequent small meals and OMAD allows me to do just that, with the added benefit of interval fasting, which has many benefits on its own. It's much easier for me to adhere to a calorie deficit like this than if I had several smaller meals throughout the day. Saving money AND time is another plus. I don't avoid sugar at all during my eating window (although I should limit refined sugar because it worsens my seborrheic dermatitis). I've lost a substantial amount of fat and any appetite and blood sugar issues are gone. I can easily go two to three days without any food now without feeling like starving. Before doing OMAD, I was frequently thinking about food. It seems like a great tool to overcome food addiction and kick bad eating habits
