lisdexamfetamine dimesiltat (vyvanse)
dexamfetamin (attentin)
adderall
methamphetamine for adhd use
Dexmethylphenidat

I think thats about it. I tried all of them besides adderall, attentin, methamphetamine and dexmethylphenidat

Let me know if i missed some out.

I advice you to not use the brand names. It will cause confusion since a lot of brands make the same stuff
Vyvanse = Elvanse
Intuniv = Guanfacine

So use the chemical formula to referr to them. The only case in which the brand name is important is with methylphenidates. Concerta and Medikinet both have methylphenidate-hydrochloride if i reckon but the release method is a lot different. Concerta uses the Oros tecnique and medikinet is 50% IR and 50% ER.

Also get into GLP-1s. They have a bad effect on the prefrontal cortex if im correct and i know a guy that was on glp-1 and used stimulants and went up and up with the dose of the stimulants since he didnt feel anything and fried his brain.

My favorite combination is guanfacine x Elvanse since guanfacine is good for synaptic pruning in the prefrontal cortex and the pathways.

And I would stress that some meds have no effect on NT ppl. I know a guy that took concerta and he only got more awake but no focus boost. Elvanse worked for him though.

The side effects are very different from person to person, so putting general side effects makes only a little bit sense. I cant even tolerate 18 mg concerta and get headaches whilst others need 36mg.

It would be also cool if you include nootropics. I suppose that somehow you could rock a noortopic + non stimulant + stimulant combo

since non stims are taken most of the time with stimulants

High dose glp 1’s reduce the amount dopamine you get, that’s why you don’t want to socialize as much or do other shit you used to.
I was on trt and tren and high dose sema, and it was mentally hard for me to get out of bed when I should feel amazing and highly energetic on tren.
