What do you consider a compliment?

When I was good-looking not a few times I was told I was handsome, beautiful, even by males (in different terms) but never received compliments about specific body parts (just eyebrows, jfl), nor anything else.
Most of the time compliments are copes, at least something like "you look good," or "you're cute."
