What do you guys think Chico used to lose cheek fat?

Earier in bis career he looked like a normal human, but during some later shows his zygos are way more prominent and he has less cheek fat, but he didn’t look like he leaned up as he still had fat in other parts of his body (arms and such). Water pulling? It wasnt bfr because he still has some cheek fat now.

i really doubt him doing stuff such as waterpulling, but hes more likely to have done stuff like microneedling to keep his skin firm and basic stuff like that. not fat dissolvers. he litterally just lost weight and grew older, thats it.
