What do you think about this trimax result with Dr kühle did he ascend him good or not

Results first (tried to match the angle): Side: Upper lip, lower jaw and cheeks are still very swollen and jaw implants aren't in yet (surgeon said he adds them after a year so he can adjust the aesthetics better in case the bone doesn't fuse properly). Currently 3 months post-OP...

Results are decent and balance, but it doesn't change so much his PSL score that much

With that few mm of advancements we are talking about functional surgery not even cosmetic oriented

I understand that it has everything to do with safety and such but at that point is it even worth ?

i dont know about lipo but i might get buccal fat removal becuase even at 12% my cheeks have fat
so i think numbre prio should be to get down to 12% and then reassess

i wouldnt do it in one go
if you get trimax then just let it heal and reaseses
What if you remove the cheek fat and then realize that because of the implant slash trimax, now the bones are jutting out too much, you know. So might be better if you just let the trimax heal and then think about lipo buccal fat removal or any other kind of soft tissue procedure.

I'm lean but still have slight fat in the face lol but I will obviously try to get rid of it before surgery

You can't choose where your body gets rid of the fat sometimes so I want a plan B I'm case it turns out to be stubborn
