My skin care routine consists exclusively on tretinoin 0.5 at night and washing my face with a sulfur zinc oxide soap throughout the day. That's it.
But I get red spots at some specific places, the nasolabial folds and on the nose, specially at the tip which develops a red dot that is very noticiable.
I used to apply a corticosteroid cream which in a day or two gets rid of all the red spots, but the secondary effect is that it thins the skin and can cause atrophy, so I want to avoid using it.
I need suggestions as to what I can use to get rid of the dryness and therefore of red spots caused by it. Keep in mind that I have oily skin so I need something that doesn't leave my face more oily.
Thanks in advice.
