What do you use to counter dryness of the face caused by tretinoin?

My skin care routine consists exclusively on tretinoin 0.5 at night and washing my face with a sulfur zinc oxide soap throughout the day. That's it.

But I get red spots at some specific places, the nasolabial folds and on the nose, specially at the tip which develops a red dot that is very noticiable.

I used to apply a corticosteroid cream which in a day or two gets rid of all the red spots, but the secondary effect is that it thins the skin and can cause atrophy, so I want to avoid using it.

I need suggestions as to what I can use to get rid of the dryness and therefore of red spots caused by it. Keep in mind that I have oily skin so I need something that doesn't leave my face more oily.

Thanks in advice.

I can't find it in my city. I'll look for something similar.

I only use tap water to wash my face so it's always cold. And since today I'm using cold compresses on my cheeks and eyes to try and get rid of some of the extra fat and obtain a more chiseled face. Hope it works.
