What do you use to measure mid face ratio.

Just wondering what I use to measure my mid face ratio such as an app or something. Thanks for all the feedback on past posts. I’ve also heard that ideal is 1.0. Can anyone confirm this. And can you post your ideal?

Doesn't matter what you measure your midface is subhumanly long and that is the fact of the matter
