What does breathing feel like? For all the strong jaw guys out there

I don't have good development and my airways are small, I was wondering how it feels to have a good breath just in any way can you describe it, for me it is small each breath kinda feels pointless when I run I take about 5 minutes to recover in long elevated breaths

Beacuse the muscle is pushed back beacuse it doesn't have enough space
