What does ccw bimax do and is it appropriate for my case?

CCW is counterclockwise rotation from the perspective of a right-side profile view. I can't really tell from this photo tbh. You do look recessed but idk about the angle of the occlusal plane of your teeth. It's kind of hard to judge without an x-ray or at least seeing your smile. Ccw

My bite is not problematic,I just have one front tooth way out compared to the other.

Ok, you should consult a surgeon but based on this you don't look terribly downward grown to me. You could probably solve your problems without a large upper jaw rotation. I'm not looking at how good your occlusion is, I was trying to assess the angle in pic related. That's what will determine how much rotation your face can accommodate.

Do you think genioplasty would be more suitable for my case.

I think a genio could benefit you, for sure. If you did get a bimax, they would probably want to do a genio along with it.
