None of that makes you a loser. That just makes you genetically disadvantaged, life handed you some bad cards. Not willing to go to extreme lengths in order to achieve a better life for yourself, that is a loser.

Being a loser I would say means to be lazy, no socialising, no money, no dreams, no ideas, no thoughts, and overall just a sack of meat.
